How Do I get an account so I can log in?

Select the Membership option that suits you the best, sign up and pay for your account. Check your email for the log in information.

How do I cancel my account?

You can cancel through your PayPal account. If you used your credit card, please send me a notification. If a payment is processed before I have a chance to cancel your membership, I will refund it to you.

Can I get a refund?

As of 2/16/2011, refunds after the first month has passed will not be granted. I am sorry that so many students “intended” to cancel before their month ran out, that I was spending precious time dealing with their refunds. They ruined the incredible refund policy we had in place before then.

Having trouble watching videos or listening to MP3′s?

The MasterMind training has been wrought from hard work under diverse circumstances. Leaving the media in their original format keeps the prices low.

  1. In general, it is best to RIGHT CLICK on the file you wish to watch or listen.
  2. SAVE the file to your hard drive.
  3. Here is a list of free players that will play the various file types we use. Make sure you have the most current version updated on your computer:

Can’t login to the forum?

  1. Make sure you’re logged into the main site. You will know you are logged because you’ll see your name in the Upper RIGHT.
  2. If that still doesn’t work, just login in the Upper Right of the forum itself using the same user name and password as the main site.

 

How do I set up my Private Blog?

    Start a New Thread in the “My Blog” section of our forum. (Watch the VIDEO)

    How do I login to a Mastermind Group session?

    We use GoToMeeting to host our conferences because it allow inexpensive collaboration and webinar recordings for those that can’t attend. You may either call in using your telephone, or login through your computer to see the presentations.

    Here are the Login Instructions.

    Why can’t I talk during the Mastermind Group?

    Not everyone has a chance to speak at every meeting. For example, you might be muted because you are not using a headset. (Using a room microphone with room computer speakers causes distracting feedback and is prohibited.)

    Additionally, webinar attendance is too high. When this occurs, only Platinum Members will be allowed to speak. All others will listen in. If you still want to ask a question, you may type it into the CHAT field at the bottom of the GoToMeeting interface.

    When is the next Mastermind Group scheduled?

    Click “Add to my Google Calendar” at the bottom right of our Teleconference Schedule for automatic updates.

    What if I miss a meeting?

    Practically all of our Mastermind Webinars are recorded, at least in part, so you never miss a meeting. You can watch the presentation at your convenience.
