The United States Medical Licensing Exam is equivocal to a final exam for all of medical school. There are 4 of them total: Step 1, Step 2 Clinical Knowledge, Step 2 Clinical Skills, and Step 3. I have taken and passed all four of them.

As the demand for physicians increase and imbalances between residency slots and medical school graduates fluctuates, professional USMLE Prep review courses have become common place for more and more students. Very soon these will be required practically and hopefully financial aid should be made available.
